The game of baseball is known as a “game of inches, resulting in many close plays that determine the safe, good or bad. Few people realize that many of those close games are the result of hundreds of hours of exercises practices by the defense.

There are obviously many things you need to have a good defensive infield, and two of them are hands “soft” and “fast”. This combination of speed and excitement for the rapid transfer of the ball, throw the glove gripping and quick release ball thrown toward the target.
Here are two exercises that strengthen the hands smoother and faster for an extension.
Fast drilling, the drill is to have players throw the ball around the horn as soon as possible to develop quick reactions necessary to complete double plays or the players know it.
